Clubs, Competitions and the Life Around Lessons
A curriculum tells you what a school teaches. Enrichment tells you what a school loves. Ours runs from chess boards to debate podiums to Qur'an competitions. Everything happens on one site, inside or straight after the school day, so your child gets all of it without another journey across London.
Two Clubs That Anchor the Week
Homework Club
Homework done at school twice a week, with a teacher on hand. For children, it means help is there the moment they're stuck. For families, it means evenings can be about dinner and du'as rather than worksheet negotiations. Current days and times are shown below.
Debate Club (Key Stage 2)
For Years 3–6: structured debating that teaches children to build an argument, hear the other side and speak with confidence in front of others. It feeds naturally into our School Council, where pupils practise debate and leadership for real, with a say in the life of their own school. Current days and times are shown below.
Through the Year
The rhythm of the school year carries its own enrichment, open to all pupils:
- STEM challenges: hands-on science, technology, engineering and maths problems that stretch beyond the lab lessons. STEM is a deliberate focus of this school.
- Chess tournaments, logic puzzles and maths challenges: competitive thinking for children who like to win with their brains.
- Writing competitions and bookmaking: real audiences and real deadlines for young writers, and books they've made with their own hands.
- Themed term projects, "Masters of Creativity": extended projects that let a class dig into one theme across a whole term, ending in end-of-term projects and productions parents are invited to enjoy.
- Educational trips: museums and historical sites, putting London's history and culture to work for the curriculum.
- Art, music and drama: creative work that builds towards performances and displays.
- Sports days: the fixtures every child remembers.
- Qur'an competitions: moments to recite before others, connected to our Qur'an and hifdh programme.
- Life-skills workshops and wellbeing work: practical skills and emotional intelligence, taught deliberately rather than left to chance.
- School Council: elected responsibility, debates and leadership from primary age.
After the Clubs End, Care Continues

Every child finds a different favourite: the chessboard, the stage, the debate floor. Come and look around, ask about this year's clubs, and picture your child in them. Visits are individual, bookable by slot, and hosted by the headteacher.
