Our Team
A school this size has no anonymous adults. With classes of no more than 15, every teacher knows every child in front of them: their reading level, their Qur'an level, what made them laugh yesterday. These are the people who will know your child.
Leadership
Stephen Montford is our headteacher, and also the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL, the senior member of staff responsible for child protection) and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator). He hosts every school visit personally, so if you book one, he is who you will meet.

Teaching Staff
Our teachers deliver the full National Curriculum alongside Qur'an, Arabic and Islamic Studies. One team, one timetable: your child's whole education is planned by people who talk to each other every day. Individual teacher profiles are managed in the CMS and appear below.
Support Staff

Nursery Team
Daffodil Nursery, for children aged 2 to 5, has its own dedicated staff delivering the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage, the national framework for children under 5) on the same site as the school. Nursery staff profiles are managed in the CMS and appear below.
Safer Recruitment
All staff complete enhanced DBS checks (Disclosure and Barring Service, the national criminal-records check) and safer-recruitment vetting before working with children, in line with the statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education. You can read more on our safeguarding page.
